Your Own Private Haven in Batangas
Old World Grandeur With A Modern Touch
Casa Laiya is a beautiful, homey place where you can experience the marriage of new architecture and vintage interior pieces. The name, loosely translated from Spanish, means “Home in Laiya”. This was first conceived to be a family rest house. The initial construction of this one hectare property began in 2011 and reached its completion in 2014. Designing and adding details for the interiors, however, took another two years to complete. But building this hidden treasure in the South was indeed a fruitful project, worthy of every minute and penny spent. Its glorious outcome will definitely take your breath away.
All around the main house, walls feature paintings done by National Artist nominee, Manuel Rodriguez Sr., grandfather of one of the owners of Casa Laiya. Fondly called “Lolo Maning”, he is also known as the Father of Philippine Printmaking.
For beach enthusiasts, the nearest one is just a 5 minute walk from Casa Laiya. The property also has a stunning 300 square meter swimming pool where one can simply relax and have quiet fun - a truly refreshing alternative.
The warm welcome by our fully vaccinated staff, the fresh sea breeze and a peaceful retreat awaits you at Casa Laiya – your own private haven in Batangas!
