Casa Laiya is an exclusive vacation home rental accepting only 1 booking at a time. The property must be rented out as a whole. Guests may enjoy the entire Casa and its amenities at PHP 40,000 per night for a group of up to 12 persons. If you are more than 12, the extra person rate is PHP 1,500 per head per night. Children aged 7 years old and below may stay for free as long as they use existing or share beds.
Guests are encouraged to bring in food and use our fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals or order from our list of recommended local eateries and restaurants. We also have a dedicated team available to assist you during your stay.
