Casa Laiya is a private estate offered exclusively to one group at a time, designed for relaxed stays where space, privacy, and time together take center stage. When you book the Full Estate Experience, the entire six-bedroom Casa and all its amenities are reserved solely for your group.
Rates & guest capacity
The 6-Bedroom Full Estate Experience is ₱36,000 per night, ideal for up to 18 guests. Additional guests may be accommodated for ₱1,000 per guest per night, subject to a maximum capacity of 24 guests. Children 7 years old and below may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding.
What’s included
Your stay includes exclusive use of the estate, hotel-quality bed linens, bath and pool towels, bathing essentials, purified drinking water, WiFi, the presence of a small, dedicated on-site team, and 24/7 security.
Dining at your own pace
Guests may prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen and outdoor griller, bring their own food with optional assistance from our on-site team, or order from a curated list of recommended local restaurants and eateries that deliver to the property.
Estate amenities
Enjoy a 300-sqm swimming pool, entertainment center with games and karaoke, a private 18-seater chapel, al fresco bar area, bonfire pit, half basketball court, and landscaped open spaces. A peaceful mangrove beach is just a five-minute walk away.
