BAR 27’s exposed brick pillars complement the antique bar tables and “batibots” or local tiffany bar chairs. Enjoy your beer or wine and cheese while listening to good music with family and friends and drink in the amazing vista of the main house and crystal blue waters of the swimming pool. The perfect way to cap off a perfect day.

The dining room is the heart of Casa Laiya. The sliding doors open up to a beautiful lanai with the nice view of the lagoon pool, activity center and the cabana. The heavenly mix of fresh air and delicious smells is sure to whet anyone’s appetite!

The inviting view of the 300sqm. lagoon-shaped pool with light blue mosaic tiles and natural stone edging, amidst an enchanting garden, is a sight to behold during the day and enchanting at night.

The Library/Reading Nook is at the second floor of the main house, atop the lobby from the entry door. This space is furnished with hand-crafted, exquisitely designed antique pieces. Spending some quiet time here is a treat you won’t want to miss!

The White Chapel is truly a work of art...from the heart. The antique bell in the bell tower is from an old church in Bulacan, while the sculpture of Christ is a limited edition Lladro. Special masses can be arranged.
